He specializes in identifying operational requirements and providing tailored solutions. His unique blend of skills in both engineering and program management enables him to adeptly navigate the complexities of technical challenges while aligning them with strategic business objectives, making him an invaluable contributor to any project or team.
Robert is a connector with an extensive professional network and vast operational know-how in Space, Intelligence and Combatant Command mission areas. Utilizing 22+ years of military and defense industry experience, Rob has developed an insight to pair emerging or existing technological solutions with warfighter needs. He also understands the importance of teaming and seeks to deliver the most cost-effective, highest-quality support possible for his clients.
As an Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, author of three books and mentor to hundreds of Airmen, Guardians, Soldiers and Sailors, Rob cultivated the skills to communicate clearly and effectively across a wide range of experiences, positions and mission sets. On the path to Chief, he refined his talents for assessing situations, asking the right questions, identifying obstructions across problem sets and implementing solutions that enabled success.
