Sarah Jolly is rocket fuel — powerful mixture of multi-disciplinary experience, leadership, and gifted at simplifying and solving complex problems. From operational processes to culture to revenue generation, if you have a problem, (yo) she’ll solve it. She likes to win, she knows the right way to do it, and enjoys making it fun for her team. After spending 10 years in corporate accounting, Sarah found her sweet spot in growing companies where she could do allll the things. As the CFO for a company which doubled in size each year, she cultivated positive culture, efficient operations and systems, and (of course) ninja’d finances. She launched a new office for a finance and accounting consulting company, growing the team from just her to 15 in just one year. Sarah did this while simultaneously handling all aspects of sales and leadership in a new market. She’s thrilled to join forces with Paige Goss at Point Solutions Group, running a multi-million dollar national company with a drive to promote diversity and opportunity in engineering and technology.

Ask Terry about his favorite clothing item, and he’ll tell you about hats. Metaphorical hats, that is, because he wears all. of. them. On any given day, you’ll find Terry leading a team who provides everything from engineering and technical services, to training and installation, and even program management for government clients. Prior to PSG, Terry was an Assistant Program Manager with PEO C4I PMW120 – Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations, and he brings 20 years of military experience from the US Submarine Force, 10 years of Federal Contracting, and 5 years as a Federal Civilian. Terry is a certified Project Management Professional with a Master of Business Administration and is DAWIA Level II Certified in Program Management, which in layman’s terms means if you need teams rowing in the same direction to actually get something done (on time! within budget!), you need Terry.
